Patient Information

We want your visit to be simple and stress-free from the very start. This page brings together the key information to help you prepare for your appointment and know what to expect before and after treatment.

Your First Visit: What to Bring

  • Your ID card or another form of identification.
  • A list of any medications you currently take, with doses.
  • Any previous dental X-rays or reports, if you have them.
  • Your health insurance details, if your plan covers dental care.
  • Your reading glasses, if you need them to fill in forms.

Please arrive about 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment to complete registration. We will ask you to fill in a medical history form, so be sure to mention any long-term conditions, allergies, pregnancy or previous surgery. This information directly affects the choice of treatment and anaesthetic, and it is kept strictly confidential.

Children’s Visits

We recommend a child’s first visit when their first tooth appears, or before their first birthday. A parent or legal guardian must stay with the child throughout the appointment. Our dentists introduce the clinic in a friendly, simple way, so please avoid talking about pain or using the dentist as a threat at home.

Feeling Anxious About Treatment?

Dental anxiety is very common and nothing to be embarrassed about. Let us know when you book or at the start of your visit. We will take the time to explain each step and agree on a signal you can use to pause at any moment. Your dentist can also discuss suitable anaesthetic and sedation options with you.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you cannot make it, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time to another patient. Repeated missed appointments without notice may limit future advance bookings.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, and for longer treatments, the cost may be spread across the stages of your plan. To find out which other payment methods are accepted, please contact the clinic before your visit or ask when you book, and you will always receive a cost estimate before any treatment begins.

After Your Treatment

  • Avoid hot food and drinks until the numbness has fully worn off.
  • Take any prescribed medication exactly as your dentist directed.
  • After an extraction, do not rinse vigorously or use a straw for the first day.
  • Keep brushing gently, avoiding the treated area if you have been asked to.
  • Contact the clinic right away if you notice ongoing bleeding, increasing swelling or severe pain.
